Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 August 2026

License

Your use of the ShotSumo app distributed on the Mac App Store is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies automatically because ShotSumo does not provide its own custom EULA in App Store Connect. This page is a short supplement covering the subscription and a few practical points; where anything here conflicts with Apple's EULA, the EULA governs.

ShotSumo today

ShotSumo 1.0.0 is free to download and use, in full, with no subscription, no in-app purchases, and no payments of any kind. There is nothing to buy and nothing billed to your Apple ID.

If a paid tier arrives

ShotSumo 1.0.0 has nothing to buy — there is no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no payment of any kind built into this version. A future version may add an optional paid tier. If that happens, the full terms — price, any free trial, renewal, and cancellation and refunds — will be published on this page before anything becomes purchasable, and Apple's own subscription-management and refund processes will apply, billed through your Apple ID.

What you're licensed to do

Apple's Standard EULA licenses you to use ShotSumo on devices signed into your Apple ID, per Apple's licensing terms. If a Pro subscription becomes active in a future version, it licenses use of the Pro features for as long as the subscription is active, on the same terms. None of this transfers any ownership of the app or its source code.

No warranty

ShotSumo is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
